Directions
Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes. Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line. Keep cap tightly closed to avoid formula from drying out. Store pen horizontally for best results.

This is a great eyeliner! It goes on so smoothly, it's crazy. It's jet black which is very nice also. My one complaint is that it comes off very easily, and if you happen to cry or your eyes water a lot, it will come off and it burns really badly if it gets in your eyes! All in all I would recommend, but try to keep your emotions in check when wearing ;).

I bought this eyeliner thinking that the quality was going to be just as great as the thinner Eye Booster. I was enthusiastic about trying this eyeliner for a bold cat eye but was disappointed withing about 2 hrs of wearing it when I realized that my eyeliner had smudged and turned my cat eye to a raccoon eye. I do love the idea of the thicker felt-tip and i will continue to use it till it runs out but I will have to think about purchasing it again

I normally buy the silver casing of eye booster 2-in-1 eyeliner because how long it stays on and the darkness. When i went to the store to replace my old one it wasn't stocked, because i loved this particular one so much i went to another store to buy it but that store was also out. so i saw this new eye liner that states the same concept that its 24 hour wear/ultra black only thing different is that it has a wide felt tip. so i figured why not try it, i bought it, took it home and applied it, and went to work. I only got as far as riding in my car till it start smearing and disappearing with each time i blinked. i looked crazy that day at work. very embarrassing. i would not recommend this to anyone unless they want to look like a crazy worn out hooker for Halloween.
