Directions
Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes and on inside of lower eye rim for ultra-dramatic definition. Layer shades together for endless looks.

I HAD to have these when I saw them as I am a sucker for eyeliner and anything that claims to enhance my eyes! LOVE these! They go on SO smooth and really are waterproof, unlike SO many other eyeliners out there claim to be! The purple on the inner eye rim makes my green eyes just POP! Thanks PF! :)

This is the best eyeliner I have EVER used! I love how smooth it goes on and the different shades that you can layer so you can have an everyday look all the way to the night on the town look. It last all day and does not rub off.

I love the shimmer strips. They are soft and beautiful but they tend to break. I have purchased them twice and although I am very careful removing the cover, one false move and the color point, which is entirely exposed, breaks off. That's the end of the pencil. There must be a better way to protect the very delicate cream pigment. I am a veteran of eye make-up application I have worn eye make-up since I was sixteen. You won't find a more beautiful kohl product but I keeping having to repurchase ... Help.
