MAY CONTAIN:TITANIUM DIOXIDE, IRON OXIDES, FERRIC AMMONIUM FERROCYANIDE, MANGANESE VIOLET, MICA, ULTRAMARINES.

Directions

Apply on top of upper lash line and below lower lash line.

Smooth liner

This is what I call a "crayon" liner. And trust me, there aren't many good drugstore liners. This one goes on smooth and stays on for a long time. Very impressed with this liner!
