Great liquid liner.

I had a friend who owned this liner & recommended it to me so I went to Target to purchase one. It was really great liner. The application went on smooth & it's well pigmented. The only fault I had was I had to reapply it once or twice throughout the day. I wish it came in a jet black colour.
