Directions
Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes and on inside of lower eye rim for ultra-dramatic definition. Layer shades together for endless looks.

I bought this because it claimed that it was waterproof. I love gel liner, because it is actually waterproof and lasts all day, but these sticks looked easier. They are more portable and don't require a brush to apply. Well, they are not only not waterproof, if I touch the liner at all, it wipes right off. The gel liners from PF, are soooo much better. The pigment on these are pretty weak as well. I have fair skin, so there should not be any problem with eyeliner showing up. The black looks more like a dark grey. The blue looks washed out. The brown was almost translucent. I am very very disappointed with this product.
