My first eye liner, and i'm very satisfied with this one. Pros: -Easy to apply -You can highlight it or just a quick lash -Very black -You can draw with it -Fine point Cons: -Very black -Sometimes you need to wait till it get wet. (no big deal)

I bought this eyeliner for $7 and I've boughten $1 eyeliners FAR better quality. It does not work and I'm 99% sure I am using it right.

I love easy applicable eye liners as much as the next person but this was not worth buying. It is what it is, a marker. Pigmentation isn't strong and it wasn't buildable to me. It goes off easily with a baby wipe with two swipes.
