Rated 5 out of 5 by Mariel from FOR THAT SUMMER GLOW! Love the texture and finish of this highlighter. Physician's Formula really created something unique with this product. It's so smooth to the touch but can be applied with either your fingers or a brush. It gives the most perfect golden glow. I'm obsessed! And something about the smell gives me tropical summer vibes!! It's like I'm on the beach sipping on a Pina colada while highlighting to the beach gods LOL!! The only pet peeve I have with this is with the packaging. I wish it came in a compact form as opposed to a screw lid. But I guess that's to prevent the product from drying out seeming as though it is a creamy-type formula.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dinomom15 from So when I purchased this highlighter, I got it due to the color. I like a very pearly white highlight. I’m not a fan of colored ones, so I was excited to use this. When it says butter, it’s not lying it’s the softest thing I have ever used. The only thing I didn’t like about this product was there was a shade shift further in the pan that had pink undertones that I did not care for. The first few layers had a blinding beautiful white color, but the further in the pan I got, the more it changed and I was really upset because I loves the white so much. It’s a great great product and it is very pretty, I just didn’t care for the color change :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by influensteraccv from This Physicians Formula Butter Highlighter is so creamy and soft that it goes on like a dream! I like to apply it with a smaller fluffier face brush/ highlighter brush even though it is a cream, buttery formula it works beautifully! They have 5 shades, and I’ve picked the shade Pearl, which works beautifully for my skin tone, they have deeper shades as well. It smells amazing! I mean truly amazing. I just love this highlighter a lot! I do have to say that it is a different formula then the butter bronzer, it doesn’t turn into powder which the bronzer does. It’s a very soft cream formula, not too oily/wet but just on point!

Rated 4 out of 5 by stephaniev5b2a from This highlighter is so This highlighter is so pretty & super buttery when I swatched it on my arm so I was surprised that when I applied it on my face it wasn’t easy to blend & just looked like a chunk of glittery highlight just sitting on my face, the shade is pretty, it smells good but I don’t like highlighters that don’t just blend into my skin & just gives me a lot from within look, I tried to blend it with my sponge & it looked a little better, I’ll continue to work with it to see if I can get the look I prefer with my highlighters, I would still purchase the other shades because they’re so pretty, I just have a preference with how I like my highlighters to look on me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by member-25fb0bc34 from *Disclaimer: My skin tone is light and neutral and my skin type is oily* I recently picked up this highlighter on the Amazon Prime Day Sale. I bought the shade PEARL. It’s so pretty! It’s a silver opalescent color with a pink/purple shift. This highlighter initially applies sheer, but you can build up its intensity. After a few applications, it’s pretty blinding. The best thing about this highlighter is that you can use it for either a day or night look. Plus, it also looks great on the eyelid or as an inner corner highlight. The price is definitely on the higher end of drugstore pricing, but it is so worth it. I will be picking up the other colors when they go on sale!

Rated 5 out of 5 by better_babs from Finally a legit good cream to powder highlighter. Any cream to powder I've tried either don't blend naturally, remove my makeup underneath or just don't "highlight" enough. I had given up on them which is what took me so long to try this one. It is perfect! A sale at CVS is why I finally took a chance on it. The name says it all, it is like butter and when applied it melts into your skin and blends flawlessly and naturally. It also leaves your makeup as it and just looks beautiful on. Everyone needs these in their makeup arsenal. I will be going to add colors to mine now. Great product physicians formula

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from For a drugstore highlighter, wow, just wow! I am amazed by how this formula performed. The one I own is the shade champagne, and it's gold with yellowish-orange undertones. It is a creamy finely-milled powder next-level luminosity! I brushed this over my cheekbones, browbones, upper lips and on the bridge of my nose. And this only requires one swipe to get a beautiful glow! It is infused with nutrient and rich Amazonian butter and has vitamins that are great for the skin. Overall, I love that I didn't see any rough texture from the shimmer, it looks smooth on and that glow! For $11, I would buy it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by angel_without_wings04 from I was so excited when I got this and couldn't wait to open it up and smell that amazing tropical smell that I love from the butter bronzer, only to be sorely disappointed in the smell. It smells off putting. I don't think it will stop me from using it, and maybe there's that top film that's on some products. The positives: The color is very nice and pigmented. It seems buildable. I tend to like more subtle highlight, but I think this would work for those who like subtle or blinding. The price is up there for drugstore, but I got mine on sale, there's always a sale somewhere, be it rite aid or Ulta.
