Clean up The first step in going from day makeup to night makeup is erasing the damage to your look you've done throughout the day. Use blotting papers to remove any oils that may have built up over the day. Pay special attention to your T-zone, as these are the areas that tend to build up shine. W read more...ipe away any eye makeup that may have smeared, and touch up your foundation and concealer if it's needed. Youthful Wear Cosmeceutical Youth-Boosting Concealer on any blemishes that may be peeking through and under the eyes to brighten them up. Eyes For a sultry nighttime look, use a darker shade of your daytime eye shadow to enhance your eyes. Add some to the creases above your eyes, then use the same shade around the outside corners and under your bottom lashes. Apply eyeliner to your top lash, and use liquid eyeliner if you want to add a little more to the look. Avoid adding more mascara, since adding new mascara on top of old usually results in clumps. The best eye shadow that I have found for both day and night is Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow & Liner Nude Collection because, it has both light and dark colors. Using a medium tone to blend works perfect. Using the lightest shade in this palette to highlight the brow bone will give the brow lift. Skin You don't need as much blush at night as you do during the day. Since you've been up and at it for hours, your blood is probably pumping well and doing a good job of giving you a rosy complexion. If you do touch up your blush, don't add much more than you started with. Physicians Formula pH Matchmaker pH Powered Bronzer is a great way to give the face a bit of color and it just makes your face looks absolutely glowing! Or use Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Blush & Highlighter to really make those cheek bones pop with out it being too much. Your nighttime look needs a little bit of sparkle. Use a shimmer powder to highlight your cheekbones, chin, forehead and neck. A great powder to use is Physicians Formula Illuminating Veil Talc-Free Mineral Wear .If you're showing skin around your shoulders or collar bone add some there, too. Lips To take your pout from day to night, apply a lip color that's a few shades darker than your natural lip color. Top it off with a high-shine lip gloss to add that extra something you need at night.Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Lipstick gives the perfect amount of color and will keep your lips soft and hydrated all night long. Use Plump Potion Needle-Free Lip Plumping Cocktail to add some plumping action to those lips. Since you're going heavy on the eyes, be careful not to overdo it on your lips. If you want to use an especially dark or bright lip color to help your nighttime look pack a punch, add less eye shadow. Going from day to night is easy when using Physicians Formula!

The best way to look pulled together during the day is to have an even complexion, a little bit of mascara and a simple hairstyle. For a glamorous nighttime eye, I use bolder shades of eye shadow and use black liquid eyeliner or a pencil to line my inner lids. Then I use several coats of black mascara on the top and bottom eyelashes and sometimes add false eyelashes for a really dramatic look.

For a look you can rock both day and night, bold red lips is a great go-to! If you want a full make-up look, start by using primer all over your face. Then use your favorite foundation and concealer to cover up any areas of concern you may have. Set with a finishing powder. Next use a light pink hue read more... for the tops of the cheeks, and bronzer to contour your face for a slimming effect. Brush the bronzer under the cheek bones, the temples, and just on the edge of your jaw by your ears. Next use your favorite black eye liner on the tops and bottoms of your eyes. I like to go with the "cat eye" with this particular look. Follow by some mascara. Lastly, get those red lips with some smooth red lipstick! Voila!
