Rated 1 out of 5 by from I miss the old product I have been using the loose powder for years now and love the full coverage I could achieve with it. I was so sad when I started using their new loose powder. I just feel like it doesn’t melt into my skin like the old formula, and definitely doesn’t give the same coverage. Also I find I can’t use the sponge applicator they give you, it doesn’t seem to transfer the product to my skin, and it’s so hard to get the product out of the container itself now.... I’m so sad that this product went from perfect, to a serious struggle. I have been on the lookout for a new product that is similar to their old loose powder. :.(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old! I was very sad to find out that I couldn't buy any more of the old Physicians Formula Q creamy natural product I had use for several years. Not only wasn't a lot of bang for my buck because it lasted me many months, but I have old acne scars that where are well covered by the former product. Everything about it was much better, the amount, the brush applicator, and the powder itself. I'm very sad I will have to find another alternative because I was a faithful customer for many years. I hope the company will listen to the complaints of the people and bring back their old product

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bring Back The Old Formula! This has been my holy grail powder for years!!! It was perfection!!! They were way ahead of their time back in the day with this powder and the air brushing one and I loved both. Now the formula has changed as well as the colors and the packaging. The packaging may be prettier but if you use a larger brush it won’t even fit in the top. The formula is chalkier and doesn’t need have the same coverage. I will say I didn’t have a problem with it breaking me out like many others have but it just isn’t the same. I don’t know why they would discontinue or change these two powders when it was so well loved and perfect before. What a disappointment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been using the mineral powder for the last few years and really like it I went to buy more and found the packaging and shades had changed. The store was out of the shade I thought I would need but the clerk suggested I check the website to see what the previous shade Natural Beige would be now be named. am glad she did. Thank you to all of the people who have shared their struggles with the new product. I have sensitive skin and am just improving from a bad breakout that lasted a few weeks. I know it's not the old version of mineral powder that caused it but don't want to risk breaking out from the new version. I will be looking at other brands for mineral powder until the old version is brought back if it ever is. Why change a good thing?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Listen to the people! I wore the old PF mineral wear loose powder for YEARS!! It was a no brainer to grab another when I was out it just worked perfectly for my skin. This new stuff is terrible! The first time I wore it my face itched and the next morning my forehead was covered in breakouts. PLEASE bring back the old powder! I have yet to find anything that compares and I hate that it had to change. Read your reviews, no one likes this stuff and all wish the old powder was still available. New loose powder=horrible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION Wish I could give 0 stars!!! This used to be the best loose powder!!! This was my everyday go-to! Now, suddenly they have changed it! The new container is hard to get the product out of and you can't remove the grid easily like on the previous container.....so once it gets low you can either spend 20 minutes trying to bang the rest of the product out or just toss it. The previous version also included a brush (which I didn't use, I used my own professional set) but it has now been replaced with a useless sponge. However, my biggest issue is that apparently they changed the formula and some of the very few shades they did offer have disappeared! The new shades I've tried either have a greenish weird tint or make my face look dirty/muddy. This new formula is also very heavy and looks super cakey when used to set my makeup. WHAT HAPPENED??? Please go back to the previous version of this product it was the absolute best this new stuff is garbage!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Old formula was much better The old formula was perfect for me - great coverage and felt light on my face. The new formula is horrible. It made my face feel dryer, and felt like it was attaching on to dry patches on my skin. Please go back to the old formula!! I found it at Walgreens, and bought 8, but I'm worried about finding a new foundation when those run out

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Old Formula was superior, this is meh at best Bought this at ulta. The previous talc free, mineral loose airbrushing powder was the only one I used. Perfect coverage, absorbed oil but stayed silky and didn’t dry. Most importantly it had clean ingredients and a high amount of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Plus a good price. The packaging on this new version looks better but that’s where the good ends. The mineral SPF ingredients are much lower, the formula has changed and is more irritating, and it doesn’t perform as well or feel as good on skin. The previous formula was a great one and didn’t need to be changed. This is a clear downgrade and I’d rather use a different product which is a shame because I would have been a for life user on the old formula despite the meh packaging it had. This packaging doesn’t even perform better; it just looks better and is more of a pain to use. I included a photo of the concentrations of active ingredients in the old formula which are much higher.

What shade replaced translucent medium?  I am scared to try the new product after all the bad reviews!  I will go back to my old Lancome product if I do not like the new formula

Asked by: Andrea1234
My mom used to use the medium and she switched to the light as well and it looks good on her still and she is much darker than I am most of the time
