Does Physicians Formula test on animals?
Physicians Formulas is cruelty free. That means Physicians Formula does not conduct tests or commission any outside facility to conduct tests that involve the use of animals. The safety of our products is determined using clinical evaluations and human use-trials under the supervision of a Board Certified Dermatologist.

Are Physicians Formula products Hypoallergenic?
Physicians Formula products are formulated for sensitive skin and do not contain PABA, nor hundreds of known skin irritants. Our skin products may benefit you because they are dermatologist approved and are designed to be:

The only products that are available are listed on our website. If the product you are looking for is not featured on our website, then it has been discontinued and is no longer available to purchase.

What is the shelf life/expiration date of a product?

Can I return a product that I purchased at a discount store?
We do not accept returns on products purchased at discount stores (i.e., Dollar Tree, Ross, Big Lots). It is best to keep your receipt and return it back to the store.
Are Physicians Formula products vegan?
We do not claim vegan as some of our product may contain ingredients likebeeswax and carmine. We recommend checking the ingredient listing of each product prior to purchase. Shop our vegan makeup and skincare here.

Although many of our products may be gluten free, it may be best to check product claims on our site for any specific item. Each product will note if they are gluten free within their own claims.
