We currently ship only to the US and Puerto Rico at this time.

Does Physicians Formula test on animals?

A:

Physicians Formula Inc. does not conduct tests, or commission any outside facility to conduct tests that involve the use of animals. The safety of our products is determined using such alternate methods as "in-vitro" testing, human clinical evaluations and human use-trials under the supervision of a Board Certified Dermatologist.

Q:

Do you have free samples or coupons available?

A:

Unfortunately, we do not have samples nor trial sizes available for general distribution, however, we do offer special promotions, such as "Buy one get one free", in drug and discount stores. Periodically, we have coupons in the Sunday paper that can be used at your local retailer. If you should buy a product and are not totally satisfied, return the product to us (with receipt) and we will gladly refund or replace the product for you.

Are Physicians Formula products Hypoallergenic?

Yes. Physicians Formula products are formulated for sensitive skin and do not contain PABA, nor over 100 known skin irritants. Our skin products may benefit you because they all offer the claims below:

  • Dermatologist approved
  • Non-comedogenic

What do I do if I purchased a shade that doesn’t work with my skin tone?

I'm looking for a product that is not listed on your website. How can I get it?

A:

The only products that are available are listed on our website. If the product you are looking for is not featured on our website, then it has been discontinued, and is no longer available to purchase.

What can I do if I am dissatisfied with your product?

If you are dissatisfied with the product we first recommend returning the product to the store where you purchased it, otherwise, we will gladly exchange the product for one of equal value or issue a refund (with receipt). Please call our Consumer Relations Department at 1-800-227-0333 to start the return process.

What should I do if I have any problems after wearing your products?

A:

Our products are hypoallergenic and every effort has been taken to avoid known irritants. However, that does not mean every product will be suitable for every person, since there are many factors and elements that cause an irritation or reaction. We will gladly send you a postage paid label to pick up the products, upon receiving the products back we can either issue a refund or exchange the product for one of equal value.
