Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating and lightweight wash of color. I am a brunette and my shade is Fair to Light or Light in the summer when I have a slight sunkissed tone. My skin type is normal to dry. I picked up this foundation in four shades; from Fair, Fair/Light, Light and Light/Medium. Fair would be great for redheads and Light to Medium would be great for those with a little more than a touch of a summer tan. The coverage is just enough to even skintone for a natural hydrated finish. It is only slightly buildable from a sheer to light coverage. It is not greasy or heavy feeling on the skin, thankfully. It's nice for every day wear, especially in the winter for dry to normal/dry skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from (I recieved this product from Influenster to try in my VoxBox.)Coverage: medium-high, airbrushed smooth finish. I thought it was going to be more like a skin tint based on the liquid formula, but it's surprisingly full coverage where a little goes a long way. Wear time around 4-6 hours on my oily skin, but would wipe off my nose and in the creases around my mouth much faster, if not immediately going over these areas more than once or twice with a powder/bronzer brush setting my face. I'm not sure if the ingredient claims to improve skin are JUST while you wear it, but I didn't notice any long term effects. Really easy every day foundation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect skin in a bottle I just picked this up from Walmart and after searching for my holy grail foundation for years, I think I've found it. This reminds me of an improved, better ingredient version of a Loreal favorite that was discontinued a few years ago. The finish is satin-matte with fingers or a brush, and a beautiful, skin smoothing finish with a damp sponge. My skin looks like Katie Jane Hughes on Instagram and I'm obsessed. I had also been waiting for a thin, weightless formula from the drugstore for years and PF has done it. This foundation checks all my boxes EXCEPT for the coconut oil in it. I haven't checked to see how far up it is on the ingredient list, I just hope I don't break out. Also, I have very large pores and this blurs them. Only reason one star is knocked off is the coconut oil, otherwise, no complaints.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoy the control over coverage that this foundation gives you. It leaves a natural skin/slightly dewy finish that you can amp up with a dewy setting spray or mattify with a powder. It feels good on my skin all day! As for the packaging, I think its lovely and I love the glass, but I have an issue with keeping the dropper from getting product all over the opening. I have to be very careful to replace the dropper in exactly straight or I end up with a bunch of foundation all over the bottle and me. It mixes well with other foundations and moisturizer! I wore it combined with born this way foundation on Halloween and it endured through the whole night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy grail foundation for dry acne prone ski This foundation is amazing for acne prone dry skin. It doesn't break me out I think it has even helped my skin because it hydrates it through the day. It looks beautiful and performs suprisingly well in the heat with a good setting powder. I wear the light but the light is superrrrr light. I hope they come out with more shades cause more people should be able to enjoy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am a big fan of foundations, I always try to test as much as possible, so I can find my perfect one. Among my favorite foundations are: It Cosmetics, Urban Decay and YSL. I do prefer full coverage mostly. So I was a bit sceptic about this one. I do not always use primer before, but I did with this one, because I didnt know what to expect. So, honestly I was surprised how good is that! It is really silky, it is easy to apply, very smooth and full coverage. Also I would say it is absolutely long lasting, because you need a little amount for the whole face. It stays on the face pretty long too (4-5 hours for sure, then youll need to correct it). I will definitely recommend it to you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 out of 10 I bought this foundation @ Walmart & it has changed my life. I have extremely uneven skin due to bad scarring on my face & this is the only foundation I have ever tried that didn’t settle into the scars or make me look “cakey” or orange. I’ve spent up $45 on foundation & this is still superior to anything I’ve found at Ulta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I got this from a Voxbox but this is my honest opinion. The shade I got is a tad bit too light for me but its not too bad. First, the formula is the most watery formula i experienced with foundations. It has a dropper so that is convenient to use. Because it is so watery, you really have to blend it into your skin. Also start off with like 2 drops knly and then build your coverage up. I think this foundation cannot really be that buildable though because it is so watery and dries dewey. So this foundation is good for those who want light coverage, just to even out your skintone. There's no smell to it.

What is the undertone or what is the match to L1C1 on these?

Asked by: Mel84
I just saw the lineup at Walmart. In the fluorescent lighting, all shades appear to be neutral, perhaps some slightly warmer, but most slightly cooler than neutral. I think with this formula, if you are stuck between two shades, you probably want to go with the slightly deeper shade since that will a) provide better coverage with less product/won't require building up only for the sake of an even skin tone b) won't leave odd light streaks on your face. I personally prefer foundations to match my neck perfectly when they are full coverage, but with sheer formulas, the general effect is a wash of color, an evening out of tones, a "your skin but better" sort of vibe. (Physicians Formula sells foundation shade adjusters if you want to customize your foundation shade -- I have not tried them yet, but that is an option.)

What shade for LW2?

Asked by: j

I am blonde, blue-eyed with cool skin tones. I am never the palest of any group of foundation shades, but usually the second or third shade down. Anyone have any ideas as to the undertones.
